Street Food in China

Street food in China. Is it safe? Safe as anywhere else! It’s just a case of using common sense – if a place looks clean and efficient then there’s a good chance the food and hygiene will be ok too right?

Here’s a few video clips and photos from our locality; Yao Shan (Yao mountain) on the outskirts of Guilin. Yao Shan is essentially a small farming community village with a ‘resident university’ and as the student body increases, so do the food choices!
